Storage
Storage Space
Do not carry bulky items in the interior of
the vehicle. They may interfere with your
ability to control the vehicle, and can cause injury in the event
of a collision.
Loose objects in the interior of the vehicle
can fall into the footwell and interfere
with pedal operation, resulting in loss of control.
The SOLO has limited storage and cargo capacity. Plan your
trip accordingly to ensure that you have room for any items
you may wish to transport.
If they fit securely, small items that you wish to access during a
drive can be stored in the bins in either door or in the cup
holder. Any items that cannot be stored securely in these
places should be stored in the trunk. Do not store loose objects
anywhere else in the interior of the vehicle.
Trunk
Operating Precautions
Do not store heavy or sharp objects in the
trunk without securing them. In a
collision, these objects may cause the cover to open. Objects
thrown from the trunk may injure others or damage the
vehicle.
Never exceed the recommended carrying
capacities for the trunk, since this can
affect vehicle handling and stability. See
Do not press the trunk release button on
the dashboard or the remote transmitter
while the vehicle is moving. Never drive with the trunk open.
Driving with an open trunk could cause damage to the vehicle
body, and repairs would not be covered by the vehicle
warranty.
