2 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The
ELIXO 500 230V RTS
and
ELIXO 800 230V RTS
motorisations are
intended for installation on sliding gates
Number of cycles per hour: 10 cycles/hour (at 20°C) spread evenly throughout
the hour
3 - USE AND OPERATION
3.1 Normal operation
Total opening mode with a 2 or 4-button remote control
Press the programmed button to open the gate fully.
Pedestrian opening mode with a 2 or 4-button remote control
Press the programmed button to open the gate in pedestrian mode.
3.2 Special operating mode
Depending on the peripherals installed and the operating options programmed
by your installer, the motorisation may have the following specific functions:
Operation with a 3-button remote control
STOP
Operation with safety cells
If an obstacle is detected while the gate is closing, it stops, then re-opens fully.
If an obstacle is detected when closing, the gate will stop.
Operation of the safety edge
If an obstacle is detected while the gate is closing/opening, it stops, then re-
opens partially.
Operation of the orange light
The orange light is activated during any movement of the gate.
A 2-second pre-warning signal before movement starts may be programmed
during installation.
Operation in sequential mode with automatic reclosing after time
delay
The gate closes automatically after a time delay programmed during installation.
A new command issued during this time delay cancels automatic closing and
the gate remains open.
The next command issued closes the gate.
3.3 Emergency manual release

Insert the key into the lock.

Turn the key a quarter of a turn to the left.

Turn the release handle to the right.
Do not forcibly push the gate. Hold the gate over its entire travel during
manual manoeuvres.
3.4 Locking the motorisation

Turn the release handle to the left.
[2].
Move the gate manually until the drive mechanism re-locks.

Turn the key a quarter of a turn to the right.
[4].
Remove the key.
The motorisation must be locked before a new command.
4 - MAINTENANCE
4.1 Checking the safety devices (cells)
Check for correct operation every 6 months.
4.2 Replacing the battery
