Software Operation
8.3.1. Main Function Area
There are five main functions in this area: File, View, Insert, Setup and Help.

a. File
It can save file as template or save template directly. And it can output words, manage files
and videos, as well as batch export gray images.
Batch export gray images: Firstly, users have to click “File→Batch export gray image
an
alysis”. Secondly, select the templates and documents you need. And then click “output
Word” to export gray images. If there are some documents that users don’t need, you can click
the “Delete” to delete them. As shown in the figure 24.

b. View
In this part, there is “Toolbar and Window” which can show or hide the toolbar and the
status bar. As shown in the figure 25.
