a.m. to 5 p.m.) is for non-critical environments, and 7x24
Support is offered for those that need around-the-clock
support, including weekends and holidays. Value-added
support, like Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and
Designated Support Engineers (DSEs) provide specialized
assistance where needed.
