Read these safety instructions thoroughly before using the machine.
This ultrasonic cleaner is exclusively intended for the ultrasonic irradiation of
objects
and
liquids
.
The machine may only be operated by trained personnel, in accordance with this operating manual.
Risk of dangerous electric shock!
Only connect the machine to an earthed socket!
Do not open the machine! The machine may only be opened by authorised specialist personnel!
Place the machine on a dry, stable work surface for operation!
Do not immerse or rinse the machine in water!
Unplug the mains plug in the event of malfunctions, suspicion of liquid penetration, maintenance and care of the machine, and after use.
Fire and explosion hazard!
Do not expose flammable cleaning agents to ultrasound!
Risk of damage to the oscillation tank!
Never put acids (HCl etc.), chlorides in the stainless steel tank!
Do not place any objects on the bottom of the tank!
Risk of burns and scalding!
The tank, case and cleaning liquid can become very hot, particularly during heater operation!
Temperatures of more than 80 °C can be reached in continuous operation.
Avoidance of sound transmission to the user personnel!
Do not reach into the cleaning liquid during operation or touch the parts carrying ultrasound (tank, basket, items to be cleaned etc.).
Noise emission!
Ultrasonic machines can cause unpleasant hearing sensations under certain circumstances.
Use personal hearing protection when you are in the vicinity of an ultrasonic machine operated without a cover.
Emission values for operation with cover: < 70 dBAU.
Exclusion of liability:
The manufacturer shall not accept any liability for damage to persons, machine or items to be cleaned caused by improper use.
The owner is responsible for the instruction of the operating personnel.

Notes for specific groups of persons
Pregnant Women
Ultrasonic energy emitted into the air is not harmful to health. However, sound emissions occur during ultrasonic operation
beyond the audible range which may cause hearing damage to the foetus.
We recommend that pregnant women do not spend long periods of time at an ultrasonic cleaning machine.
Persons with active body aids
Sonoswiss products with the CE mark comply with the European EMC and Low Voltage Directives and comply with the specified EMC limits
so that the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the machines is harmless to healthy persons. A binding statement for persons
with active body aids, such as patients with heart pacemakers or implanted defibrillators, can only be made in consultation with the physician and/or
the manufacturer of the implants.
