Ultrasonic Generator
Newly developed generator with the latest electronic components available on the market
PRE
SET
Function
A frequently used and proven setting of time, temperature and ultrasonic mode can be stored and recalled.
Degas Function
A special ultrasonic wave modulation degasses the liquids and then drives the macroscopic bubbles to the surface
(used in the beverage industry to remove carbon dioxide or to degas solvents in HPLC).
Boost Function
For temporary increase of peak power by approx. 30%, application with stubborn soiling. Results in faster wear of the ultrasonic tank in continuous operation.
Sweep Function
Frequency sweep for better distribution of ultrasonic power, switched as standard.
LED Indicators
SETPOINT and ACTUAL values of ultrasound duration and temperature are optically displayed on LED bars.
Membrane Buttons
The functions ON/OFF, START/STOP ultrasonic, DEGAS / BOOST,
PRE
SET
programming are switched using membrane buttons.
Rotary Switches
SETPOINT temperature (30 °C in 5° increments up to 80 °C) and SETPOINT ultrasound duration (from 1- 5 minutes in one-minute increments, 5-30 minutes
in five-minute increments; continuous operation) are set via easy-to-use rotary switches. SETPOINT and ACTUAL values are indicated using LED bars.
Safety switch-off time
The machine switches off automatically after eight hours without operator intervention.
Safety switch-off temperature
If the tank temperature rises above 90 °C, the heater and ultrasonic power switch off automatically to protect all components.
Fan run-on time
Even when the machine is switched off, the fan continues to run for safety reasons until the tank temperature has cooled down to 45 °C.
Case
Case made of textured stainless steel sheet. Thus easy to clean and insensitive to chemical attacks.
