1-7. Internal Switches and Indicators
D16 (A-2) (green) : DIGITAL/ANALOG indicator
Lights up : The video input mode is set to digital.
Lights off : The video input mode is set to analog.
D17 (A-2) (green) : PLL LOCK indicator
Lights up when the selected reference signal locks with the
PLL at 27 MHz of the internal clock.
D18 (A-2) (green) : INPUT DETECT indicator
Lights up when the selected video input signal is detected.
D19 (A-2) (green) :
COMPONENT/COMPOSITE indicator
Lights up : The video input mode is set to component.
Lights off : The video input mode is set to composite.
D20 (A-1) (green) : 525/625 indicator
Lights up : The video input mode is set to 625/50 Hz
(PAL) system.
Lights off : The video input mode is set to 525/60 Hz
(NTSC) system.

Factory setting : All switch levers are set to OPEN (upper
position).

Be sure to use this switch with factory setting.
[Indicator]
D13 (A-3) (green) : HOST/LOCAL indicator
Lights up : The VPR-33 board is controlled form the host
(SY-240 board). (During the normal
operation.)
Lights off : The VPR-33 board operates in local. (During
the factory use.)
D14 (A-2) (green) :
REFERENCE DETECT indicator
During the following modes selection, lights up when the
reference signal is detected in the reference detection
circuit.
• Reference lock mode:
Lights up when the reference video signal is detected.
• Input lock mode (Analog composite input/Analog
component input modes):
Lights up when selected input signal is detected.
D15 (A-2) (green) : REFERENCE LOCK indicator
Lights up during the reference lock mode.
