(3) Remove the two screws shown in the figure,
then remove the brake solenoid from the
brake arm assembly.
2. Brake shoe replacement
(1) Tear off the old brake shoe from the brake
arm.

Remove the glue glops of the old brake shoe
completely from the brake arm using a cutter
knife.
Pay careful attention when handling the
cutter knife.
(2) Hold a new brake shoe using tweezers and
pass the end of the brake shoe through the
hole of the brake arm as shown in the figure.
(3) Pass the other end of the brake shoe through
the hole of the brake arm.
(4) Attach the brake shoe to the brake arm while
taking care that the brake shoe is not bent.
