Waking up to music
— Play Timer
By setting the Play Timer, you can make the
system automatically turn on and off at
specified day and times. To use this function,
make sure that you have set the system clock
correctly (see “Setting the clock” on page 8).

Prepare the sound source you want to
play.
• CD: Load a CD. To start from a specific
track, make a program (see “Programing
CD tracks” on page 10).
• Radio: Tune in the preset radio station that
you want (see “Listening to the radio” on
page 15).

Press or – (or VOL + or – on
the remote) repeatedly to adjust the
volume.

Press CLOCK/TIMER SET on the
remote.
“PLAY SET?” flashes, then press ENTER/
YES on the remote.

If you selected “PLAY ONCE?” or “PLAY
