Introduction
This manual describes how to install the application software, DirectCD supplied
with the MVC-CD1000, and how to use it. If explanations described in this manual
are different from the PDF file in the CD-ROM, follow explanations described in this
manual.
Note
You cannot install DirectCD into a Macintosh computer.
To read the disc that has been
finalized, copy Adaptec UDF Volume Access included in the CD-ROM (SPVD-001) supplied
with the MVC-CD1000 to System folder of your personal computer and restart your personal
computer.
Once you install the USB driver into your personal computer (for details on
installation, refer to the operating instructions of the MVC-CD1000), and connect the
MVC-CD1000 and your personal computer with the USB cable, you can do the
following operations:
•
You can send images shot with the MVC-CD1000 to your personal computer and
play them back on your personal computer. (The finalization is not required.)
•
You can write images that are captured by your personal computer onto a disc and
make the picture album.
•
You can directly read and write images shot with the MVC-CD1000 in the CD-R/
CD-RW drive, without executing the finalization.
