VISCA Device Setting Command
Before starting control of the EVI-D80N/D80P/D90N/
D90P, be sure to send the Address command and the
IF_Clear command using the broadcast function.
For VISCA network administration
Address Set
Sets an address of a peripheral device. Use when
initializing the network, and receiving the following
network change message.

Sent from the peripheral device to the controller
