To adjust the position of the film, press the STEP
REV or STEP FWD button while holding down
the CMD2 button.
Manual air-blow
The machine send air to the film to blow off the dust
from the film .
You can send air manually at any time by holding
down the CMD2 and cursor center buttons
simultaneously.
Electrostatic sensor adjustment
The electrostatic sensor is automatically adjusted to the
optimum level for each standby mode. To adjust
manually, press the MARK IN button while holding
down the CMD2 button.
Playback in jog mode
In jog mode, you can control the speed of playback by
turning the search dial.
To carry out playback in jog mode, use the following
procedure.
1
Press the JOG button so that the JOG button lights.
Pressing the search dial toggles between jog mode,
shuttle mode, and variable mode.

Turn the search dial in the desired direction at the
speed corresponding to the desired playback speed.
Playback in jog mode starts.

To stop playback in jog mode, stop turning the
search dial.
Note
In jog mode, the unit enters stop mode but not still
mode when the rotation of the search dial stops.
