Operations
Selecting a progressively changing hue for the
afterimage part – F4 (SOURCE TYPE) “HUE ROT”, F5
(HUE RANGE), and F6 (HUE PATH)
After pressing F4 (SOURCE TYPE) and selecting “HUE ROT”,
the soft key indications change as follows.

Soft key indications when “HUE ROT” is selected
Use the following procedure to make the settings for the
progressively changing hue.

Press F4 (SOURCE TYPE) and select “Hue Rot”, then set the
following parameters.
• Left knob (“Lum”): luminance (0 to 100%)
• Center knob (“Sat”): saturation (0 to 100%)
• Right knob (“Sped”): degree of change of the hue for each
frame (–12 to +12˚)

Press F5 (HUE RANGE), turning it on, and adjust the
parameters for the hue variation range.
• Left knob (“Cntr”): center of the hue variation range (0 to
359.99˚)
• Center knob (“Rang”): hue variation range (0 to 180˚)
• Right knob (“Step”): degree of change of the hue (0 to
100%)

Press F6 (HUE PATH) and select the behavior when the
varying hue reaches the end of its range.
Modulo:
return to the other end of the range, and recycle.
Swing:
reverse direction, thus carrying out a reciprocating
variation.
