Setting for a Multipoint Connection
Confirm that “Multipoint Connection” is set to “Enable” on Page 1/2 of the
Communication Mode menu.
Multipoint connection cannot be conducted if “Multipoint Connection” is set to
“Disable”.
You can register the multipoint connection list that includes all remote parties
for a multipoint videoconference in the Phone Book or Direct Phone Book. It
allows you to dial all the parties simultaneously.
You can enter new remote parties to register the multipoint connection list, or
add the parties registered in the Phone Book to the multipoint connection list.
To register a multipoint connection list in the Phone Book
The basic procedure for registration is the same as the registration of a remote
party for a peer-to-peer connection. This section describes the procedure for
registration in the Phone Book.
