Enter your prefix number in the PREFIX box if you are
using a PBX (Private Branch exchange).
You can register three prefix numbers. (e.g., enter “9” if
you have to dial nine to reach an outside line.)
• To select the PREFIX box, move the joy stick upward or
downward.
• To set the prefix number, press the same number button
as the prefix number.
• To cancel the setup, press the CANCEL button on the
Remote Commander.
Note
The number input in the PREFIX box is automatically
dialed before the telephone number is dialed.

Press the EXEC button on the Remote Commander.
The registration is completed.
To cancel the setup
Press the CANCEL button on the Remote Commander.
Setting Up the LAN Items
When you hold a meeting on a LAN, install the optional PCS-
I152 LAN Board, and set up the LAN Setup menu, the
GateKeeper menu, and the SNMP menu.
Note
These menus are accessed only when the optional PCS-I152
LAN Board has been installed.

Press the MENU button on the Remote Commander.
The Menu (System Configuration) menu appears on the
monitor screen.

Select LAN with the joy stick, then press it.
The LAN Setup menu appears on the monitor screen.
