Calling previously registered
remote parties
Calling remote parties registered in a
Multipoint Connection list

Press the PHONE BOOK button on the Remote
Commander.
The Phone Book menu appears.

Select a remote party listed in a [
BRI], [
PRI],
or [
LAN] Multipoint Connection list, and press
the joystick.
A submenu appears.

Select [
Dial] and press the joystick. Or press the
CONNECT/DISCONNECT button on the Remote
Commander.

Dialing to the remote parties selected in step
2
starts, and based upon the type of line selected,
[
Dialing (BRI)], [
Dialing (PRI)], or
[
Dialing (LAN)] is displayed on the screen.
When the connection is established with the far
end, “MEETING STARTS!” is displayed.
Calling previously registered remote
parties

Press the PHONE BOOK button on the Remote
Commander.
The Phone Book menu appears.

Select a remote party already registered in the
Phone Book menu, and press the joystick.
A submenu appears.

Select [
On], and press the joystick.
A
mark appears in the upper left of the remote
party list.
You can append a
mark to up to five remote
parties using the same process.
You can check how many marks have been added
by checking the menu.
To remove a
mark, select a remote party to
whom a
mark has been added, select [
Off]
from the submenu and press the joystick.
Hint
You can toggle this mark between On and Off
using the button on the Remote Commander.
Note
You cannot append a
mark to remote parties
mixing [BRI], [PRI], and [LAN] together.

Select a remote party with a
mark, and press the
joystick.
A submenu appears.

Select [
Dial], and press the joystick. Or press the
CONNECT/DISCONNECT button on the Remote
Commander.
