Managing expenses (Expense)
Editing Expense items
Changing the display option
You can change display options of Expense items.

On the Expense screen, tap Show.
The Show Options dialog box appears.

Select the desired display mode option.
•
Sort by:
Tap the arrow
V
next to Sort by and then select Date or Type
to sort Expense items.
•
Distance:
Tap the arrow
V
and then select Miles or Kilometers so that
you can display Mileage entries in miles or kilometers.
•
Show currency:
Shows or hides the currency symbol in the Expense
list.

Tap OK.
The Expense items are sorted according the display mode option you
selected.
