Indicator light behaviour in Power Supply mode

Flashing red

The battery level is extremely low.

Red

The battery level is low.

Orange

The battery level is between low and full.

Green

The battery level is full.

To stop charging your smartphone in Power Supply mode

Press the Power button to turn off the power supply.

To charge your smartphone and Power Cover using the AC adapter

Position your smartphone in the Power Cover.

Plug the magnetic end of the charger cable into the Power Cover.

Plug the USB end of the charger cable into the AC adapter.

Plug the AC adapter into a power outlet.

If the indicator light flashes red when you connect the AC adapter to the cover, remove the

phone and check that there is no substance caught between or blocking the connectors. A

metal or other substance blocking the connectors could cause a short circuit. Check that the

Power Cover or the charger is not damaged and that the Power Cover is not outside of its

operating temperature range, then repeat the steps to connect and charge your phone and the

Power Cover. Also, make sure that you are using a compatible charger.

The phone or Power Cover will not charge if you plug the charger cable into the USB port of a

computer.

When you use this charging method, the phone battery gets charged first.

Green

The battery is fully charged.
