Turns the power of the player on or off.

SA-CD/CD button (16)

Switches between the Super Audio CD layer and 
the CD layer of a hybrid disc.

TIME/TEXT button (13)

Switches the playing time of the track, the 
remaining time of the disc, or TEXT information 
on the display.

D

DISPLAY MODE button (14)

Turns the display information on or off.

Disc tray (12)

Holds a disc.

Z

 button (12)

Opens and closes the disc tray.

 button and lamp (12)

Plays a disc. The lamp lights up during playback.

 button and lamp (12)

Pauses playback. The lamp lights up during 
playback pause.

DIGITAL (CD) OUT COAXIAL jack (10)

Connects a component with the coaxial digital 
input jack, such an MD deck, etc.
When playing the Super Audio CD (2-channel 
area) and DSD Disc, no sound is output from the 
jack.
