What can I do to solve a problem?
If the neckband speaker does not function as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue.
Find the symptoms of the issue in this Help Guide and try any corrective actions listed.
Charge the neckband speaker.
You may be able to resolve some issues by charging the built-in battery.
Reset the neckband speaker.
Initialize the neckband speaker.
The settings, such as the volume settings, are restored to the factory default settings and all the pairing information is
deleted.
Look up information on the issue on the customer support website.
