Troubleshooting
Symptom
Cause/Remedy
Transferred songs cannot
be found.
The built-in flash memory of the player was
formatted in Windows Explorer.
Format the built-in flash memory on the player
The player was disconnected from the computer
while data was being transferred.
Transfer usable data back to your computer and
format the built-in flash memory on the player
After dragging and dropping in Windows Explorer,
data hierarchy levels do not correspond to the player
Transferred files are not in a playable format.

The folders or files are not under the “MUSIC”
folder.
Place them under the “MUSIC” folder by
dragging and dropping (
The audio files are beyond the 8th folder level.
Move the audio files beyond the 8th folder level
to a lesser folder level in Windows Explorer (
If the folder/file name begins with “.” (dot), its name
will not appear on the player.
Rename the data in Windows Explorer.
The maximum number of files that can be displayed
has been reached. The maximum number of files is
2,048 files, the maximum number of folders is 1,024
folders, and the total maximum number of files and
folders directly under one folder is approximately
300.
Delete unnecessary data in Windows Explorer.
The volume is not loud
enough.
“AVLS” is enabled.
Disable “AVLS” (
There is no sound from right
channel of the headphones.
