Rename the data with one of the 8 setting
languages for “File Disp Language” in Windows
Explorer.
A folder/file name in
lower case letters appears
in upper case.
If the folder/file name is 8 or less letters, and all
lower case, the folder/file name appears in upper
case on the player. This is not malfunction.

Battery life is short.
The operating temperature is below 5 °C (41 °F).
Battery life becomes shorter due to the battery
characteristics. This is not malfunction.
Battery charging time is not enough.
Charge the battery until
appears.
Charge the battery longer if the USB connection
(USB Bus Powered) is set to “Low-Power 100mA”
By adjusting the settings or managing the power
supply properly, it is possible to save battery power
and use the player for a longer time (
You have not used the player for a prolonged
period.
The efficiency of the battery will be improved by
repeatedly charging and discharging it.
When usable battery life becomes half the usual
time, even after charging the battery fully, the
battery should be replaced.
