Overview
Overview
The WLL-RX50 is a receiver for a wireless camera system
that transmits MPEG-2 video and audio in the 2.4 GHz
band. It receives RF carriers from the WLL-CA50
transmitter docked to a camcorder, demodulates the
signals, and outputs the stream.
It consists of a receiving antenna, a down-converter, and a
receiving unit.
Features
Robust transmission thanks to COFDM system
Thanks to Sony’s newly developed COFDM IC for
modulation, the unit lets you configure a robust
transmission system resistant to multipath fading.
COFDM: Coded Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing
Diversity reception
It is possible to configure diversity reception systems with
multiple receivers for more stable transmission resistant to
multipath fading.
Time-interleaving function built in
Thanks to the time interleaving technology, the unit is
strong in mobile transmission.
Two way powering
The unis accepts not only AC power supply but also
external DC supply for convenience.
Scramble function built in
The built-in scramble function maintains security during
transmission.
