SECTION 7 TRACK SYSTEM ROAD TEST AND FINAL ADJUSTMENTS
7.1 ROAD TEST
NOTICE
SPRINKLE ONE CUP OF TALC PER TRACK IN ORDER TO LUBRICATE THE CONTACT SURFACE
BETWEEN THE SIDE OF THE WHEEL AND THE DRIVE LUGS, AND THIS BEFORE ANY ROAD
TEST AND FINAL ADJUSTMENT.
•
In order to ensure that your track system operates properly, and to check if adjustments are required, do the following
road test.
•
For the initial road test, drive the vehicle for a short distance (1 km) and then check the integrity of the system and
track lug overheat.
•
Make sure no one is in the danger zone of the vehicle while the engine is running or the vehicle is moving.
•
If there is interference, contact your Soucy Track dealer. Check for interference at these points:
NOTICE
SOUCY TRACK RECOMMENDS INSPECTING THE TRACK SYSTEM EVERY 250 HOURS, OR
ONCE A YEAR (SEE THE MAINTENANCE SECTION). DO ANY REQUIRED ADJUSTMENTS.

Lifting device.

Standard tool set.
•
Measuring tape.
