No Wireless Dongle/Card Found Issue with Edimax Dongle
When installing the Edimax dongle, if the user doesn’t select “Driver Only” during the driver
install process it will install the Edimax Software which will stop the jukebox from detecting
the dongle. In the Wireless Network Setup menu under Hardware Device it will say “No
Wireless Dongle/Card Found”.
There will be an option in the Engineers Menu to deal with this on a later program version,
but for now it needs to be dealt with manually.
To fix this problem follow the instructions below.
1.
Plug in a keyboard and mouse into any available USB ports. If you want to use
older PS/2 keyboard and mouse you must connect these before powering on the
jukebox.
2.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open up Task Manager, then click on File then New Task.
3.
Delete any text that may be in the box then type
services.msc
, then click OK.
