Chapter VII Maintenance 

The maintenance operation hereto applies to general conditions. The maintenance must be more frequent 
under the environment of high temperature, high humidity, high altitude and highly polluted environment. 

1  Routine Maintenance (per 10 running hours) 

1.1 Drain the water at the bottom of oil-air separator. (required after extended shut down or short run 
operation) 
1.2 Check the oil level of fuel tank; 
1.3 Check the coolant liquid level of diesel engine; 
1.4 Check the diesel engine oil level; 
15 Check the compressor oil level; 
1.6 Check and clean the diesel engine air filter; 
1.7 Check and clean the compressor air filter; 

2  Maintenance for First100 Running Hours 

2.1 Unit: 
2.1.1 Clean the fuel tank and oil circuit; 
2.2   Diesel engine: 
2.2.1 Replace the diesel engine oil; 
2.2.2 Replace the diesel engine oil filter; 
2.2.3 Replace the diesel fuel filter and fuel pre-filter (if necessary); 
2.2.4 Check the tension of the diesel fan belt; 

3  Maintenance per 500 Running Hours 

3.1 Check the electrolyte level: it shall be 10mm~15mm above the electrode (except maintenance-free 
battery) 
3.2 Tighten the diesel engine fan belt; 
3.3 Clean the diesel water tank and compressor oil cooler; 
3.4 Replace diesel engine oil 
3.5 Replace the diesel engine oil filter 
3.6 Replace the diesel fuel filter; 
3.7 Drain the water in the fuel tank; 
3.9 Compressor: 
3.9.1 Replace the compressor oil filter; (first 500 hours only) 
3.9.2 Check the shutdown protection function. 

3.9.3 Check the control system function.
