C. CLEANING / INSPECTION / MAINTENANCE
Recommended cleaning solution is a 50/50 mixture of Hydrogen Peroxide and water and/or a
small amount of mild detergent. Use a soft cotton cloth in conjunction with any cleaner.
DO NOT USE ANY CLEANING PRODUCTS CONTAINING ISOPROPYL OR ETHYL ALCOHOL.
DO NOT USE ANY AEROSOL SPRAYS AS THEY ALL CONTAIN ALCOHOL. DO NOT USE
ABRASIVE CLEANERS, AS THEY WILL SCRATCH. DO NOT USE PAPER TOWELS AS
MAY SCRATCH THE BUBBLE TUBE.
D. MAINTENANCE
BUBBLE TUBE – Only Distilled Water should be used in the tube for operation. The water
should be replaced every three (3) months with fresh Distilled Water. To drain, lift wood cover on
the base of the bubble tube and attach the supplied hose to the drain at the base of the tube.
Water can be drained into a floor drain or small bucket. Remove drain hose attachment before
filling with fresh water. The Bubble Tube holds slightly less than five (5) gallons of water. Fill the
Bubble Tube with the pump running to the label near the top of the tube marked “Do Not Use Al-
cohol to Clean” to be sure not to overfill. When adding new water 2 ounces of diluted, or a few
drops of concentrated anti-algae preventer should be added to the water.
