2): When pressing the "start" key, but the paper only performs a half-turn and
the paper cannot get into the machine. It may be caused by a bad contact in
the wiring. Open the left side cover(the side which has the operate key called
left side cover)to find the CN5 model on the circuit board, check the wire
whether it is loose or not, if it is loose, insert it.
3): When the machine starts, but the operation boundary shows the paper
error display. It may also be due to bad contact in the wiring, do the same as
the second method.
4): If the machine shows the cover is open when it starts, it's because that the
head cover or safety switch is in bad contact. We shall close the head cover and
confirm the sheet iron insert the shield's hole completely. If it cannot be solved,
we shall open the left cover to check the wire.
5): The long blade failed to cut when the machine starts. Reason: the triangle
iron is not matching the travel switch's groove or it isn’t fully inserted. Method:
open the right cover, loosen the travel switches bracket screws, push down the
switch to make sure the triangle iron is matching the groove and in more than
two-thirds.
6): When the long blade is working, but the paper cannot cut and the boundary
shows "fail cutting", it's because that the paper thickness is too large , there is
some scrap paper still in the blade or the paper is jammed. Clean up the wasted
paper and change the paper stock feeding. If it could not be done, take down
the long blade assembly, loosen the screws and the triangle iron, move the
blade so it moves freely. When the blade is running smoothly, reset the blade.
7): When the machine shows the “paper jam”, there may be some paper scraps
still in the machine or the wire is in bad contact. Tear down the long blade
assembly, clean up the wasted paper. Open the left cover to check the wire.
8): When it shows the paper is too narrow, that means the stock is not wide
enough or the paper tray is not put at the right position. Adjust the paperboard
to find the right position.
9): If the machine cannot test the black mark, in the black mark test model, the
paper composing may not be printed as instructed or the colour is not deep
enough to be read. So the paper composing shall be printed according to the
instructions. If it was A4 model, the black mark must align at the triangle mark.
