INSPECTION

Do not use if cracked, broken, bent or otherwise damaged parts are noted, or if the lift is sus-

pected to have been damage during shipping.  Any lift that appears to be damaged in any way, 

is worn or operates abnormally shall be removed from service immediately, until such time as 

repairs can be made.  Do not attempt to weld, rivet or otherwise repair this device.  

DO NOT

 

modify or alter this devise.  It is recommended that an annual inspection be done to this devise 

by qualified persons, and that missing or damaged parts or labels, warning/safety decals be 

replaced with new ones, that are factory authorized.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Position lift under appropriate lift points, centering load on lift plate. Be sure to center the load.

2. Install ¼” hex key into drill motor’s chuck and tighten (hex key not supplied).

3. Install hex key into lift’s height adjustment screw and start drill motor.  Note direction of lift, 

and if lift is moving in opposite direction, reverse drill motor’s rotation, and continue raising load.

4. Only after centering and leveling the load, slowly and carefully raise the lift by the drill motor.

5. To 

lower

 lift, reverse rotation of drill motor, and carefully and slowly lower lift to lowest position.  

DO NOT 

move or pry on the lift in the raised position.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Note:  

When lift is not in use, lifting arms should be stored in the fully retracted position.  Keep 

lift clean and well lubricated.  

MAINTENANCE:

•  

Keep the area around the unit clean.  Do not allow any dirt, debris or spillage to collect.  These 

materials may damage the lift mechanism or may become entangled in the lifting mechanism.

•  

Check for broken or cracked components.  Remove from service or repair immediately.

EVERY 25 CYCLES:

• 

Check for loose hardware and signs of excessive wear.  

• 

Wipe any dirt or debris from screw and nut(s) assemblies. Clean areas where leg slider 

blocks travel. 

• 

Lubricate screw with white lithium grease only.  Do Not Use Oil. 

• 

Leg slider blocks do not require any lubrication.
