To access prior alpha numeric data:
If LyoManager II is running, click the Start button and then click Search. Past

runs in alpha numeric format are stored in the D Drive/Data/Numeric. Runs
are grouped by type and date. Automatic runs are grouped together as
“Freeze-Dry”. Manual, System Tests and Leak Rate runs are grouped under
those headings and then by date. If you open a file in Excel, clicking through
the wizard automatically dumps the data into Excel format without
manipulation.
You can also access past runs by clicking on Open in the File menu of the

data collection software.
If the data collection window is inadvertently closed during a run, data will still
collect uninterrupted. Reopen the viewing window by going to the Historical
main menu and clicking on the orange tab entitled Alpha Numeric Data Files.
