2.3.3 ORDERING SPARE PARTS
Spare parts must be ordered using the appropriate “SPARE
PARTS ORDER FORM” sent by fax or post to the local
dealer or directly to the Manufacturer.
WARNING: We recommend making copies of
the form provided for use whenever necessary
and not using the original.
CAUTION: The use of the Spare Parts Order
Form is reserved exclusively to the specialised
personnel assigned to the repair operation.
2.4 WARNINGS
2.4.1 RESIDUAL RISKS
The residual risks are primarily of electrical nature.The
employer is obliged to adopt all the accident-prevention
measures required by the regulations in force in the
nation of use and to provide personnel with appropriate
instructions regarding the correct application of such
measures in conditions of emergency.
WARNING: This is a Class A machine. In a
residential area, this machine can cause radio
disturbance, and in such case the user may be
required to take adequate measures.
Risk of fire or explosion
: the risk of fire or explosion is
created whenever the machine is in operation due to the
energy accumulated in the machine’s electrical circuits
whenever combustible substances are present in the
workplace.
Mechanical risk
: this regards the risk of contusion caused
by impact against the machine during normal operation
and maintenance.
Electrical risk
: the wires and various electrical materials
expose personnel to risk of electrocution and burns.
2.4.2 PREVENTION MEASURES
Personnel must scrupulously apply the following prevention
measures during the operation and maintenance of the
machine:
a) NO SMOKING: Smoking in the vicinity of the machine
is prohibited.
b) USE OF OPEN FLAMES PROHIBITED: the use of
open flames or the generation of sparks in the vicinity
of the machine is prohibited.
c) THE USE OF WATER TO EXTINGUISH FIRES IS
PROHIBITED: the use of water to extinguish fires in
the vicinity of the machine is prohibited.
d) PERFORMING MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
BEFORE FIRST DISCONNECTING POWER
SUPPLIES PROHIBITED: performing any maintenance
operation before first disconnecting the machine’s
electrical power supply is prohibited.
e) USE OF MACHINE BY UNAUTHORISED
PERSONNEL PROHIBITED: the total or partial use
of the machine by unqualified personnel or persons
not expressly authorised by the company manager is
prohibited.
f) REMOVAL OF SAFETY DEVICES PROHIBITED:
the removal of safety devices, casings or any other
element that may compromise protection against
electric shock is prohibited.
