• The signatory accepts sole responsibility for proper and safe operation.
• The signatory confirms that all contents of the enclosed product
information and instructions for use have been read, understood and
assimilated.
• The signatory undertakes to produce a dedicated set of instructions for
the decorative fireplace he has built that contains the ebios Quadra
Inside Automatic Burner, and to present these instructions to the opera-
tor at the time of handover of the decorative fireplace.
• The signatory undertakes to provide the operator with detailed training
in the operation of the decorative fireplace, also drawing attention to the
potential hazards.
• The ebios Quadra Inside Automatic Burner is only supplied once the
signed declaration has been delivered, i.e. it cannot be installed until
