Setup
a) Installation
•
Transmitter and receiver are each provided with 4 slotted holes.
•
The package includes 8 screws. The devices can thus be screwed to a solid surface if
necessary.
Ensure that you do not damage cables or wires when drilling holes or tightening
screws. Accidentally drilling into electrical cables can cause a fatal electric shock!
Look after your own safety when using electric tools (e.g. a drill). Wear eye
protection.

Turn off all devices and disconnect them from the power supply before connecting each
component.
•
Connect your HDMI device (e.g. Blu-Ray player, TV box) and the
HDMI In (8)
on the
transmitter with a suitable HDMI cable.
•
Use the CAT 6/6a/7 network cable to connect the
CAT Out
socket

Connect an HDTV / Monitor and the
HDMI Out

to the receiver with a suitable

Insert the round plug of the power adapter into the

and tighten the union nut clockwise. Connect the power
plug to an appropriate power outlet. Power is supplied to the receiver or transmitter via
the network cable. The product has the PoC (Power over Cable) function that ensures the
bidirectional power supply via the network cable.
•
Disconnect the power plug from the mains socket when the product is not in use.
c) Brief description of the controls

Connect network cable. It is also used to power the
upstream or downstream device (PoC). The power supply
is bidirectional.

It indicates that the product is receiving power.

This socket has no function. Do not connect any devices to
this socket, as this may damage the product. This socket
should only be used by the manufacturer for maintenance
purposes.
Care and cleaning
•
Disconnect the product and connected devices from the power supply before each cleaning.
•
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these
may damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
•
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be placed in household
waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to environmental protection.
