This user guide describes how to configure and use the Spectra Geospatial

Ranger® 5 data collector
powered by the Android™ 10 operating system. The information in this guide supplements the
information in the Quick Start Guide, which you receive in the box with the device.
Even if you have used other Spectra Geospatial handheld field computers, data collectors or survey
controllers before, Spectra Geospatial recommends that you spend some time reading this guide to
learn about the special features of the product.
