CJ Sensor Fault
This bit is set when the CJ Sensor has Open Circuit, Data Not Ready or
Under/Over range fault.

UR<x>
Under Range
When set to 1, indicates the measured value is less than, or equal to, the
defined Under Range value of the CJ Sensor range.

OR<x>
Over Range
When set to 1, indicates the measured value is greater than, or equal to, the
defined Over Range value of the CJ Sensor range.

OC<x>
Open Circuit
When set to 1, indicates the CJ Sensor connection on the terminal block is
open.

Data Not Ready
When set to 1, the module is initializing sampled data.

Bits masked as Unused are set to 0.

Invalid Cal Data
The stored calibration data or checksum is corrupt or invalid.
The module must be factory calibrated before it will operate normally.
