Allgemeine Information
Eine schnelle 12 Bit Karte, basierend auf dem PCI Bus, ist die
PCI.212. Zwei separate A/D-Wandler auf dem Board ermög-
lichen eine simultane Aufzeichnung ohne den Zeitversatz von
Multiplexsystemen. Optional können acht Digitalkanäle simultan
zu den Analogdaten aufgezeichnet werden. Dies macht die
Karte zu einem perfekten Werkzeug für Aufnahmen in
gemischten Analog/Digital Systemen.
Der sehr große on-board Speicher von 128 MSample erlaubt
Aufnahmen von über 1 Sekunde bei voller Geschwindigkeit.
Zusammen mit den vielfältigen Betriebsarten, wie interner/
externer Takt und Trigger, Pre-/Posttrigger und der Möglichkeit
der internen Synchronisation mehrerer Karten, ergibt sich ein
vielseitig einsetzbares Aufzeichnungsystem.

General Information
A fast 12 bit board based on the PCI bus is the PCI.212. Two
separate A/D-Converters on the board allow simultaneous
sampling without the time offset of multiplex systems.
As an option eight digital channels may be recorded
simultaneously to the analogue channels. This makes the board
to a perfect tool for recording in mixed analogue and digital
systems.
The very large on-board memory of up to 128 MSamples allows
recording of more than one second with full speed. The board
have various operating mode like internal and external clock
and trigger, pre- or posttrigger as well as the possibility to
synchronise several boards with each other. These features form
the board to a recording system of many uses.

Software
Kostenlos mitgeliefert werden Treiber für Linux, DOS und
Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP. Für die einfache Program-
mierung sind Beispiele in C/C++, Delphi und Visual Basic
enthalten. Darüber hinaus steht zur komfortablen Steuerung die

Software
Drivers for Linux, DOS and Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP as
well as programming examples for C/C++, Delphi and Visual
Basic are delivered with the board. Comfortable programming,
initialising and data display are performed by the free-of-charge
Windows program SBench 5.2. Software drivers for LabVIEW,
DASY
Lab
, MATLAB and VEE are available.
Additional information
To minimise noise keep the PCI.212 away from the power supply-
The PCI.212 operates with components having very high power consumption. Therefore it is highly recommended to place the board near
the cooling fan. Do not use the PCI.212 in hermetic closed systems.
