ARG1 = +15V, the output of the regulated 15V supply.
ARG2 = -15V, the output of the regulated -15V supply.
ARG3 = +24V, the output of the reg24V supply.
ARG4 = 3.3Va, the output of the regulated 3.3V supply.
ARG5 = 3.3Vb, monitors same voltage as ARG4 (see note1)
ARG6-ARG8 are not used currently.
ARG9 = The monitored Voltage across the Tube Filament.
ARG10 = The monitored High Voltage output of the supply.
ARG11 = The monitored output current of the supply.
ARG12 = The monitored DC input line voltage to the supply.
ARG13 = The monitored Filament Leak current.
ARG14 = The monitored current through the filament.
ARG15 = Ground Voltage Offset (This actually measures the offset
error of the A/D converter rather than an actual voltage).
