Instructions
1. When first using the unit, open the battery compartment
and remove the insulation strip to activate the batteries
(Figure 1).
2. Remove the pen (probe) cap and press the button to select
TDS/Conductivity function (ppm, µS/cm).
3. Immerse the probe end of the pen into the water sample,
and gently stir the pen in a circular motion. Make sure
the probe water level does not go above the immersion line
marked on the unit (Figures 2,3).
4. When the reading is stable (after about 5 seconds), read
the value of the display, or double press the button to hold
the value.
5. After use, remove from water, gently shake the probe, wipe
the end with soft cloth, replace cap and turn off the power.
