Settings:
RSA
Transmit the rudder angle(s) using the $--RSA sentence.
Select (check) this option to activate transmission of the $--
RSA sentence at the RS-422 serial output 2.
De-select (uncheck) this option to disable transmission of
the $--RSA sentence at the RS-422 serial output 1.
Settings:
ALR
Transmit the RAC’s set alarm state using the
$--ALR sentence.
Select (check) this option to activate transmission of the $--
ALR sentence at the RS-422 serial output 2.
De-select (uncheck) this option to disable transmission of
the $--RSA sentence at the RS-422 serial output 2.
When the output is connected to a VDR, it is recommended
to limit the message update rate to 1 Hz and to disable
transmission of data which is already fed to the VDR from
another source.
Disabling both options will disable the output completely.
Relay Setup
Configures the status relay outputs.
General Alarm
Configures the “Power Fail. / Gen. Alarm” relay output
Settings:
Closed on no alarm
The relay contact is closed in the “no alarm” state.
On alarm, the contact opens.
Closed on alarm
The relay contact is open in the “no alarm” state.
On alarm, the contact closes.
Spare
Configures the “Spare” relay output
Settings:
Closed on no alarm
The relay contact is closed in the “no alarm” state.
On alarm, the contact opens.
Closed on alarm
The relay contact is open in the “no alarm” state.
On alarm, the contact closes.
