INSTRUCTIONS

ATTENTION! 

Observe the safety and assembly 

instruc�ons in order to avoid the risk of injury or 

damaging the product.

Only  for  domes�c  use  and  not  for  commercial 

use!

Important: Read these instruc�ons carefully and 

thoroughly.  Keep  these  instruc�ons  to  read 

through at a later date. If you give the product to 

anyone else at some point in the future, please 

ensure you also pass on this manual.

Keep small parts out of the reach of children. Pay

a�en�on  especially  when  unpacking  it.  Keep 

plas�c  bags  and  other  packaging  away  from 

children reach. Danger of Suffoca�on!

Check all elements and parts for damages. 

Despite careful checks since may happen that 

even the best product takes damage during the 

transport.

In this case, do not build up of your product. 

Defec�ve parts can endanger your health.

Never modify the product! Changes will void the 

warranty and the product may be unsafe or even 

dangerous.

For cleaning use a sponge and warm soapy water.

Do not use solvent based-cleaners or detergents 

for example Bleach those can damage the 

product.

Unpack all the parts and elements of the set and 

place the components on the top of the carton or

other clean surface. This protects your new 

product.

a�en�on not to scratch the floor while working 

with tools.

Make sure that this product is fully assembled 

before use, as shown on the illustra�on.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

The le� handgrip (blue control rod) is used to li� 

and lower the digger’s arm.

The shovel is moved using the right handgrip 

(yellow control rod).

Before permi�ng use of the toy, explain to your 

child how the toy func�ons and make sure that he 

or she can operate it adequately.

Explain to your child that sudden and violent 

movements of the digger arm can injure other 

children. Especially be mindful that the shovel can 

cause injuries, par�cularly prone to injury are the 

feet of other children (exp. When bare-foot!).

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Wash metal parts with clean water and 

subsequently dry with an absorbent towel.

Regularly check the digger once every 3 months 

and  make  sure  that  all  the  bolts  are  �ghtened. 

Please do not use anymore if excessive wear and 

tear is found.

If any problems are detected, do not use the 

product. Always replace all parts with original 

replacements according to the manufacturer’s 

guidelines.

If the product is not properly cared for and 

maintained, it can become unsafe and can also 

become damaged. This can lead to dangerous 

situa�ons.

Regular  maintenance  on  the  product  helps  to 

make the product safe and will also increase its 

lifespan.

GUARANTEE

Defec�ve  parts  will  only  be  replaced  free  of 

charge during the guarantee period if the digger is 

properly and correctly assembled and handled.

The guarantee however dose not cover normal 

wear and tear or damages arising from collision 

with other objects, falls or incorrect assembly.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age 

because of small parts which may be swallowed.

The toy must be stored in a safe place away from 

the reach of very young children.

METAL DIGGER
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the instruc�ons carefully before use 

and store them in a safe place.

They contain important informa�on on safety and 

use.  The  instruc�ons  are  to  accompany  the 

product when it is passed on to others. The 

manufacture and importer assume no liability in 

the event that these instruc�on are not observed.

The metal digger is a toy and may only be used 

under adult supervision. All packaging and/or 

a�achments are to be removed before giving the 

item to a child.

Please consider that given the nature of play and 

children’s temperaments unexpected dangerous 

situa�ons  can  arise  for  which  the  manufacturer 

cannot assume responsibility.

WARNING

The digger must be assembled carefully by an 

adult.

Never let your child play with the digger before it 

has been fully assembled.

Instruct and train your child in the correct use of 

the metal digger and call his or her a�en�on to 

possible hazards.

The grounds on which the digger is used should 

neither be extremely sloped nor have child-acces-

sible landings or steps or other poten�al sources 

of danger.

Turn all the nut screws manually and �ghten the 

nuts with a wrench.

ASSEMBLY

The bolt used to secure the seat post tube must 

be correctly mounted ,otherwise the seat unit 

may become loose and possibly injure the child .

Bolts  should  not  be  excessively  �ghtened  ,esp. 

those connec�ng moving parts.

The yellow plas�c plates must be correctly assem

-

bled to avoid any risk of trapping the fingers.
