Description
The function calculates the density and enthalpy of steam and water according to AIPWS-IF97 in US
Customary units.
IAPWS-IF97 defines calculations for 5 regions as shown in the picture below.
Region 1: Water
Region 2: Superheated steam
Region 3: Water
Region 4: Saturation line (saturated steam / water)
Region 5: Superheated steam

Boundaries
The IAPWS Industrial Formulation 1997 consists of a set of equations for different regions which cover
the following range of validity:
32 ≤ T ≤ 1472 °F p ≤ 14500 psia
1472 ≤ T ≤ 3632 °F
p ≤ 7250 psia
