ASSEMBLY 

 

STEP 4: FOOT PAD/CONNECTING ARM ASSEMBLY. Rear shroud installation. 

1.

 

On the Pedal Arms (L &R)(6,7), in the middle on top, there are 2pcs of

15 x 110 L  x 5/16" 

Carriage Bolt (23) already installed in the bushing housings. Remove, from one side of each axle, the 
5/6” x 15 m/m Hex Head Screw (74) (one should be loose ) and 5/16" x 23 x 1.5T_ Flat Washer (99). 
Remove Carriage Bolt (23) and set aside for the next step. 

2.

 

Locate the Pedal (L) (62) / Connecting Arm (L)(8).  Holding the rear of the Pedal (L)(62) with your 
right hand and the Connecting arm (L)(8), just in front of the Pedal, with your left hand, place the 
Pedal (L)(62) over the bushing housing.

Holding the

15 x 110 L  x 5/16" Carriage Bolt (23)  (removed in step 1) in one hand, and the 

Connecting Arm (L)(8) in the other, line up the large hole in the side of the bracket (under the Pedal) 
with the hole in the bushing housing and insert the

ψ

15 x 110 L  x 5/16" Carriage Bolt (23)  

all the way until the 5/16" x 23 x 1.5T_ Flat Washer (99) is flush against the bracket. You may have 
to wiggle the

ψ

19 x

ψ

15 x 110 L  x 5/16" Carriage Bolt (23) while moving the Pedal (L) (62) slightly 

to get the

ψ

19 x

ψ

15 x 110 L  x 5/16" Carriage Bolt (23) to go in. 

4.

 

Take the 5/16”

×

15 m/m Hex Head Screws (74) and 5/16" x 23 x 1.5T_ Flat Washer (99) that you 

removed from the

ψ

19 x

ψ

15 x 110 L  x 5/16" Carriage Bolt (23) in step 1 and thread it into the hole 

in the

ψ

19 x

ψ

15 x 110 L  x 5/16" Carriage Bolt (23). Tighten the 5/16”

×

15 m/m Hex Head Screws 

(74) using 2pcs of c provided. You have to put a 12 m/m wrench (129) on both Hex Head Screws 
(74) to tighten firmly. 

5.

 

Align the hole in the end of the Connecting arm (L) (8) (pivoting rod end) with the hole in the bracket 
of the Handle Bar (L)(10). The rod end should be on the inside of the Handle Bar (L) (10) bracket. 
Take 1pc of 5/16”

×

1-1/4” Hex Head Screw (79) and install it through the Handle Bar (L) (10) bracket 

and the rod end. Install 1pc of 5/16”

×

1.5T Flat Washer (100) and 5/16”

×

7T Nyloc Nut (91) on the 

5/16”

×

1-1/4” Hex Head Screw (79) and tighten firmly using a 13/14 m/m Wrench (124) on the 5/16”

×

7T Nyloc Nut (91) and a 12 m/m Wrench (129)  on the 5/16”

×

1-1/4” Hex Head Screw (79). 

6.

 

Repeat for the right side Penal / Connecting Arm. 

7.

 

Install the Connecting Arm Covers (L &R)(71&72) over the connection of the rod end and Handle 
Bars (10)(11) with 4pcs of M5

12 m/m Button Head Socket Screws (84), 2pcs of

ψ

12 m/m Self 

Tapping Screws (107) by using the Short Phillips Screw Driver (126). 

8.

 

Install the 2pcs of Slide Wheel Covers (64) using the 4pcs of M5

12 m/m Button Head Socket 

Screws (84). Tighten 4 pcs of Rear L-plates (149) in Rear Brace Tube with 8 pcs of M5

×

12 Phillips 

Head Screws (84) by using Phillips Head Screw Driver (126) in L toward inside style. 

9.

 

Steady 2pcs of  Rear Shroud Plate (B) (148) under the Aluminum Track (112) and cover the middle 
hole with the 2 pcs of  5/16” x 3/4” Hex Head Screws (80) by using 12 m/m Wrench (129). 

11.   Take and separate the 6 pcs of M5

12 m/m Button Head Socket Screws (84) of the Front End Covers 

(L&R) (152&153) and Rear Shroud (L) (150) by using the Phillips Screw Driver (126).  Install Rear 
End Cover Rear Shroud (L) (150) on the Rail Assembly (2). 

12.

 

Put the Rear Shroud (L) (150) above the left side of Aluminum Track (112) , then put the Pedal 
Arm(L)(6) inside Rear Shroud (L) (150). 

13.

 

Steady the Rear Shroud (L) (150), the 2pcs of  Rear L-Plate (149) and the Rear Shroud Plate (B) 
(148) with 4pcs of M5

12 m/m Button Head Socket ScrewS (84) by using Phillips Screw Driver 

(126).  

14.

 

 Install the 2pcs of Rear Shroud Plate (A) (147) and Retaining Bracket, Aluminum Track (24) with 
the 2 pcs of  5/16” x 3/4” Hex Head Screws(80) by using 12 m/m Wrench (129)  

15.

 

Make up the Front End Covers (152&153) and Rear Shroud (L) (150) with the 6pcs of M5

12 m./m 

Button Head Socket Screw (84) by using Phillips Screw Driver (126). 

16.

 

Repeat the same way to assembly other side. 

17.

 

Install Rear Stabilizer Cover (A)(B)(116)(117) on the Rear Stabilizer with the 2pcs of M5

12 m/m 

Button Head Socket Screws (84). 

 
PLEASE LOCK ALL COMPONENTS UP AFTER THE ACCESSSORIES HAVE BEEN 
ASSEMBLED.
