Forward when Busy
Calls ringing while phone is busy are forwarded to the number of the
phone, extension, or mailbox specified as this function’s target.

Press Menu key.

Press 2 Call Features.
•
Press 1 Call Forwarding.
•
Press 2 Forward when Busy.
•
Press 2 Target when Forwarding.
•
Type number.
•
Press

Press 1 Enable Forwarding.

to show “Yes” on display.

Press ESC to return to idle screen which now shows the call
forwarding symbol and the number calls are being forwarded to in
the information line.
