Turning off Call Forwarding
•
1. Press Menu key.
•
2. Press 2 Call Features.
•
3. Press 1 Call Forwarding.
•
4. Press 1, 2, or 3, depending which call forwarding event is
currently set.
•
5. Press 1 Enable Forwarding.
•
6. Press
to show “No” on display.
•
7. Press

•
8. Press ESC to return to idle screen.
•
Use this sub-menu to select the time the system should wait before
forwarding call when Busy is selected as forwarding event.
Phone book
The
Snom 820
contains an internal phone book that can be accessed
from the phone’s idle state by pressing
function key.
Adding an entry
Press
function key.
Select <New Item> using the navigation button and press
Enter the name and confirm by pressing
Enter the phone number confirm by pressing
The title of the window indicates which input is expected. Pressing
aborts the addition of a new entry.
Up to 250 entries can be placed in the phone book.
Editing an entry
Press
function key.
Select the entry using the navigation button and press
Confirm each item by pressing
