Before switching from air compressor to pump or vice versa the PUMP/ OFF/COMP needs to be returned
to the OFF position for 2 seconds before selecting either the PUMP / COMP option.. If switching from
compressor to pump directly and quickly or vice versa, the red light may illuminate for a very short time
(less than 1 second), this is a normal phenomenon.
RECHARGING
1. The rechargeable air compressor & pump need to be charged for 14 to 16 hours before the initial use.
Charge only using AC charger or DC charger provided with the unit.
2. After subsequent uses, recharge the battery for about 12 hours (by AC Charger) or about 15 hours (by
DC charger). If the unit is used too long after the yellow light comes on, recharging time could take up to
20 hours and the battery life may be shortened.
3. The unit will not run while recharging by AC Charger.
4. The air compressor & pump can be charged in car without the engine running but this will drain the
power from the car battery.
5. Ensure that the PUMP/ OFF/COMP is in the OFF position during charging.
6. When the unit is being recharged by DC Charger, if the switch is turned on at this time, the unit will
start working.
7. Always store unit with a full charge.
To maintain optimum performance and long term life this product must be fully recharged
•
Before use
•
After each use
•
Every 3 months if not used.
•
Each recharge should be for about 12 hours (by AC charger) or about 15 hours (by DC
charger).
•
Failure to do so will reduce the life of the battery.
During charging the battery by AC charger, the LED indicator lights will flash in the following sequence
red, yellow, green. The lights will continue flashing during charging. When charging is complete only the
green light will be illuminated. When charging the battery by DC charger, the LED indicator lights will
not illuminate.
