HOW TO OPERATE THE BIKE METER
BUTON FUNCTIONS
Up
- Increasing resistance / Increasing the entered value
Down
- Decreasing resistance / Decreasing the entered value
Mode
- Confirming the selection
Reset
- Enter and hold for 2 seconds
– the computer will restart and return

DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
SCAN Scan and display all the function:TIME→ DISTANCE→

RPM
- Number of rounds per minute. Range: 0 ~ 999
SPEED
- Training speed at a given time. Range: 0.0 ~ 99.9
TIME
- Training duration. Range: 0:00 ~ 99: 59
DISTANCE
- Covered distance. Range: 0.0 ~ 99.9
CALORIES
- Number of burnt calories. Range: 0 ~ 999
PULSE
- Displaying the pulse during workout. Sound signal when reaching
a set target pulse
Switching on (picture 1, p. 49)
1.Install 2pcs 1.5V battery,the console will display as below photo,and
sound “BI” for 1
2.It will enter setting mode,user can select TIME/DISTANCE/
CALORIES/PULSE and press MODE to confirm setting.In each mode,user
can press UP/DOWN to adjust the value,and press MODE to confirm.
3.When the console receives the signal, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES will
start to count, when user sets up the value for any function,the value will
be down-counted,when t
he value is “0”,the console will sound “BI” for 8
seconds. If user want to continue training,the console will count from “0”,
and press MODE to confirm next setting.
4.In SCAN mode, the console will display as below photo,
RPM/SPEED/TM/DIST/CAL/PULSE will display alternately in 6 seconds.
5.User can also press MODE to select single function,not including
RPM & SPEED function. RPM & SPEED will display alternately.
Waking up from the energy saving mode
1.User stops workout for 4 min., the console will enter into saving power
mode. All of settings will be saved until user stars workout again.
2.When the console displays abnormal, please pull out rectifier and plug it
again.
User selection (USER)
Press UP or DOWN buton to select User 1,2,3 and confirm by pressing the Mode button.
Workout selection
Press UP or DOWN buton to select program: MANUAL, PROGRAM, HRC, WATT. confirm by pressing the Mode button.
PROGRAMS
MANUAL
After pressing the START button in the main menu you can start workout
in the manual mode.
1. Press UP or DOWN to select the workout programme; select the manual
mode and confirm it by pressing the Mode button
, which is also “UP” and
“DOWN” knob.
2. Press UP or DOWN to set the TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE
and confirm by pressing the Mode button.
3. Start the workout by pressing the START/STOP button. Press UP or
DOWN buttons to adjust the load level.
4. Press the START/STOP button to stop workout. Press the RESET button
to return to the main menu.
WATT MODE
1. Press UP or DOWN knob to SELECT the WORKOUT programme, select
the WATT mode and press the Mode button to CONFIRM.
2. Press UP or DOWN knob to ENTER THE TARGET WATT VALUE
(default: 120).
3. Turn the UP or DOWN knob to SET THE TIME.
4. Press the START / STOP button to start workout and turn the UP or
DOWN knob to set the Watt level.
5. Press the START / STOP button to start or stop the workout. Press the
RESET button to return to the main menu.
RECOVERY
1. After exercising for a certain time press the “RECOVERY” button holding
the pulse sensors.
All the functions on the display will stop, except for the TIME function, which
will start to count down from 00:60 to 00:00.
2. The screen will display the pulse regeneration status from F1, F2 ... .to
F6. F1
– the best, F6 – the worst. The user can still exercise in order to
improve pulse regeneration condition (Press the RECOVERY button again
to return to the main menu).

MAINTENANCE
Prior to each use of the bicycle, make sure that all the bolts, nuts and
knobs are tightly fitting.
Aggressive cleaning products must not be used to clean the device. Use
a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Clean sweat traces since
acidic pH may damage the upholstery.
The device should be kept in a dry place in order to protect it against
dampness and corrosion.
Should the computer work incorrectly, make sure that all the cables are
connected appropriately, especially the upper cable with the computer. If
the computer still does not work, make sure that batteries have been put
in appropriately and that they are not worn-out. If the readout on the
display screen is not legible or some elements are invisible, replace
batteries immediately.
In case of no resistance adjustment, make sure that the upper sensor
cable is well connected with the lower cable.
CAUTION: Due to the protection of the natural environment, worn-out
batteries, power adapters, motors etc. should not be disposed with
household wastes. Worn-out batteries, power adapters, motors etc. should
be taken to a point that will utilise them in agreement with the enforceable
law on environmental protection. It is recommended to check the power
cord and the plug periodically. Never pull the cord. In case of damage, the
device should not be used. Never repair the device on your own. Repairs
should be made by a qualified SPOKEY’s company employee.
