DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
TIME
- Training duration. Range: 0:00 ~ 99:59
SPEED
- Training speed at a given time. Range: 0.0 ~ 99.9
DISTANCE
- Covered distance. Range: 0.0 ~ 99.9
CALORIES
- Number of burnt calories. Range: 0 ~ 999
PULSE
- Displaying the pulse during workout. Sound signal when reaching
a set target pulse
RPM
- Number of rounds per minute. Range: 0 ~ 999
WATT
- Power consumption during workout. Set the range from 0-350 in
the watt mode
MANUAL
- Manual training mode
PROGRAMME
- Selection of 1 programme from among 12 default
programmes
USER
- User enters workout parameters
H.R.C.
- Mode of target HR

Workout selection
Turn the knob up or down to select (MANUAL) WORKOUT -> BEGINNER -> Advance -> SPORTY -> Cardio -> Watt
SETTING THE TRAINING PARAMETERS
After confirming the programme selection, the next step is setting the
training parameters
– the aim you want to achieve in the current session.
Every time the parameters are set when the number on the screen flashes,
by pressing UP and DOWN buttons. Confirm the value, pressing ENTER.
RPM (ROTATION PER MINUTE):
During the exercises, the RPM function will be automatically displayed on
your screen and will start to count.
This is an automatic function which is switched on during the exercises.
AVAILABLE PROGRAMMES (P. 58)
MANUAL (2)
After pressing the START button in the main menu you can start workout
in the manual mode.
1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select the workout programme; select the
manual mode and confirm it by pressing the Enter button, which is also
“UP” and “DOWN” knob.
2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to set the TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES,
PULSE and confirm by pressing the ENTER button.
3. Start the workout by pressing the START/STOP button. Press UP or
DOWN buttons to adjust the load level.
4. Press the START/STOP button to stop workout. Press the RESET button
to return to the main menu.
BEGINNER MODE (3)
1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select the workout programme; select the
Beginner mode and confirm it by pressing the Enter button, which is also
“UP” and “DOWN” knob.
2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to set the TIME
3. Start the workout by pressing the START/STOP button. Press UP or
DOWN buttons to adjust the load level.
4. Press the START/STOP button to stop workout. Press the RESET button
to return to the main menu.
Press enter on the round console knob in the beginner mode to go to the
next level in the beginner mode (e.g. to Beginner level 1). Use the same
knob to select next levels, e.g. Beginner-2 or Beginner-3.
ADVANCE MODE (4)
1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select the workout programme; select the
Advance mode and confirm it by pressing the Enter button, which is also
“UP” and “DOWN” knob.
2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to set the TIME
3. Start the workout by pressing the START/STOP button. Press UP or
DOWN buttons to adjust the load level.
4. Press the START/STOP button to stop workout. Press the RESET button
to return to the main menu.
Press enter on the round console knob in the advance mode to go to the
next level in the advance mode (e.g. to Advance level 1). Use the same
knob to select next levels, e.g. Advance-2 or Advance-3.
SPORTY MODE (5)
1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select the workout programme; select the
Sporty
mode and confirm it by pressing the Enter button, which is also “UP”
and “DOWN” knob.
2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to set the TIME
3. Start the workout by pressing the START/STOP button. Press UP or
DOWN buttons to adjust the load level.
4. Press the START/STOP button to stop workout. Press the RESET button
to return to the main menu.
Press enter on the round console knob in the sporty mode to go to the next
level in the sporty mode (e.g. to Sporty level 1). Use the same knob to
select next levels, e.g. Sporty-2 or Sporty-3.
CARDIO MODE (6)
1. Turn the UP or DOWN knob to SELECT the WORKOUT programme,
select the CARDIO mode and press enter button to CONFIRM.
2. Turn the UP or DOWN knob to select 55% 0.75% .90% or TAG (TARGET
H.R.) (default: 100).
3. Turn the UP or DOWN knob to SET THE TIME.
4. Press the START / STOP button to start or stop the workout. Press the
RESET button to return to the main menu.
WATT MODE (7)
1. Turn the UP or DOWN knob to SELECT the WORKOUT programme,
select the WATT mode and press the enter button to CONFIRM.
2. Turn the UP or DOWN knob to ENTER THE TARGET WATT VALUE
(default: 120).
3. Turn the UP or DOWN knob to SET THE TIME.
4. Press the START / STOP button to start workout and turn the UP or
DOWN knob to set the Watt level.
5. Press the START / STOP button to start or stop the workout. Press the
RESET button to return to the main menu.
RECOVERY (8)
1. After exercising for a certain time press the “RECOVERY” button holding
the pulse sensors.
All the functions on the display will stop, except for the TIME function, which
will start to count down from 00:60 to 00:00.
