Before you start exercising, it is recommended to verify whether the bike is
positioned correctly.
Level the equipment with the knobs of the rear stabilizer.
MAINTENANCE
Prior to each use of the bicycle, make sure that all the bolts, nuts and
knobs are tightly fitting.
Aggressive cleaning products must not be used to clean the device. Use
a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Clean sweat traces since
acidic pH may damage the upholstery.
The device should be kept in a dry place in order to protect it against
dampness and corrosion.
Should the computer work incorrectly, make sure that all the cables are
connected appropriately, especially the upper cable with the computer. If
the computer still does not work, make sure that batteries have been put
in appropriately and that they are not worn-out. If the readout on the
display screen is not legible or some elements are invisible, replace
batteries immediately.
In case of no resistance adjustment, make sure that the upper sensor
cable is well connected with the lower cable.
CAUTION: Due to the protection of the natural environment, worn-out
batteries, power adapters, motors etc. should not be disposed with
household wastes. Worn-out batteries, power adapters, motors etc. should
be taken to a point that will utilise them in agreement with the enforceable
law on environmental protection. It is recommended to check the power
cord and the plug periodically. Never pull the cord. In case of damage, the
device should not be used. Never repair the device on your own. Repairs
sh
ould be made by a qualified SPOKEY’s company employee.
Buttons
MODE: please use the button to select the correct function. In order to
reset all the values, please hold the button for three seconds.
Note: The values also reset in case of removing the battery from the meter
Switching on / off automatically (auto on/off)
The display will switch on automatically if you start to move the pedals or
press any button.
The display will switch off automatically if you stop the training for more
than 4 minutes.
Functions
SCAN
- Scanning all the achieved values, that is: time, speed, distance,
calories, odo, pulse every 4 seconds.
TIME
- Displays training time. The time will be counted until the maximum
level of 99:59 (minutes: seconds).
SPEED
– Displays the current speed with which the exercises are
performed.
DIST - DISTANCE
– Displays the distance covered during the exercise.
CAL - CALORIES
– Displays the calories burnt during the exercise. Note:
The presented data are general and are given in order to compare different
training sessions. They should not be used for medical purposes.
PULSE
– Displays current pulse level during the training. In order to obtain
the correct measurement, you should place both hands on the sensors built
in the handlebars. In order to check whether pulse level is stable please
keep your hands on the sensors during the training session. Note: The
presented data are general and given in order to compare different training
sessions. They should not be used for medical purposes.
TIME
– 0:00-99:59 MIN:SEC (min:sec)
SPD (SPEED)
– 0.0-99.9 KM/H (km/hour)
DIST (DISTANCE)
– 0.0-999.9 KM
CAL (CALORIES)
– 0.0-999 KCAL
PUL (PULSE)

To replace a battery in the meter, you must remove the meter from the
bracket, and then remove the casing at the back of the battery
compartment.
Insert two batteries into a battery compartment at the back.
If the display does not turn on automatically, remove the batteries and
wait for 15 seconds.
Make sure the batteries are fitted correctly. Be certain to line up the +/-
signs with the +/- indicators printed on the battery compartment.
Close the lid and place the meter in the bracket.
When replacing the batteries all the settings will be deleted
Run-down batteries should be discarded in special containers
designed for storing such batteries.
Never dispose of batteries by throwing them in the household trash.
Keep your bike and the meter away from water and moisture.
WARNING!
Batteries are not suitable for re-charging; always replace them with new
ones.
Do not mix different types of batteries together or new batteries with
used ones.
Use only batteries with a recommended symbol or equivalent batteries.
Run-down batteries must be replaced.
When replacing the batteries, remember to keep the polarity.
Do not short-circuit the power terminals.
Device error
If no reading appears on the display, make sure all the cables are correctly connected.
Your body position
Place your feet on the pedals and grasp the handles with
your hands. Exercise by moving your feet and hands
alternately. You should have your back straight while
exercising.
Exercising on a fitness trainer is a great alternative to exercises
performed on a traditional trainer.
