• DRIVE BELT ALIGNMENT
If the drive belt comes off the drive gear and/or the drive belt rubs against the scooter frame, there is probably belt misalignment. To realign the belt,
place the scooter upside down on a sturdy surface (table, stool etc.) and determine the direction of the belt. Move the rear wheel slightly left or right
to realign the belt. To do so, slightly loosen the rear axle nuts and rotate the belt adjustment discs. Tighten the nuts and check alignment by turning
the scooter on. Check alignment again.
• DRIVE BELT ADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT
It is recommended to adjust the drive belt regularly. Over time the belt will get loose. If so, the belt make a popping sound while
accelerating. It is necessary to tighten the drive belt immediately. To do so, slightly loosen the real axle nuts, and evenly rotate the belt adjustment
discs.
