BELT AND REAR WHEEL REPLACEMENT
1. Use the hex key to remove 4 screws on both sides of the rear wheel axle cover
2. Remove the screw locking the brake lines with a 10 mm socket wrench
3. Remove the screw with a screwdriver. Then loosen the rear wheel axle nuts and remove the rear
wheel roller. Move the wheel forward.
4. Install the set exactly as shown above.
5. Remove the motor screws with a 5 mm wrench. Push the motor out of the frame and adjust the
belt. Tighten the screws previously removed in the correct order.
6. Mount the wheel to the frame and put the belt on the roller. Do not tighten the axle screws yet.
Secure the brake clamp; do not tighten the nuts at this stage.
7. Adjust the position of the wheel, then tighten the axle nuts with a 13 mm wrench.
8. Mount the brake line clamp with a screwdriver.
9. Adjust the tension of the brake line and tighten the nut.
10. Install the covers with a 4 mm hex key. Be careful not to tighten the screws too much.
